Tenix Robt Stone is a new and innovative company born of the need to meet the demand for specialist stainless steel services particularly in the dairy, food, beverage and wine industries. We have developed and patented a unique process for hydro formed products. This process allow perfect spheres to be formed which can be integrated into a variety of products for various application including sphericool tanks, milk tankers, stainless steel wine barrels, spheres for architectural features and many more only limited by ones imagination.

DESIGN
Our Hydro Formed Products are designed using finite element analysis to meet static and seismic load requirements. The spherical shape produced provide superior strength compared to traditional methods of fabrication.
The CAD-equipped drawing office is noted for the high standard of its fabrication drawings.

MATERIALS
Hydro formed products are typically designed and manufactured using either 304 or 316 Stainless Steel, to suit the clients requirements.

Tanks, Barrels, Road Tankers, Architectural features etc

FABRICATION
Our hydro-formed products are fabricated using patented technology. The products are effectively “blown” into a spherical shape using internal water pressure. This provides smooth surfaces ideal for hygienic applications and aesthetically pleasing architectural features.

Robt Stone has operated Quality Assurance programmes for many years, and is AS/NZ ISO: 9001:2000  accredited.
