In recent years Tenix Robt Stone have lead several major projects for the design and construction of fish processing plants throughout the Asia Pacific region. From this in-depth involvement in the fish process industry Tenix Robt Stone have developed a variety of specialised products to service this industry and other similar food processing industries including the design and manufacture of Pre-cookers for various applications.

DESIGN
Our Pre-cookers are designed to comply with the PD5500 design code.

Tenix Robt Stone over the years have a proven association with such design verification agencies as SGS/M&I, Plant and Building Safety Limited and Transfield Worley Ltd.

The CAD-equipped drawing office is noted for the high standard of its fabrication drawings.

MATERIALS
Pre-cookers can be fabricated from 304 or 316 Stainless Steel to meet the clients requirements.

DUTY
Pre-cooker  are available in single lane of dual lane models and are custom designed a build to any size to meet the clients requirements.

The project management teams of Tenix Robt Stone have a reputation for successfully installing, commissioning and working in a supporting role with the engineering staff of our customers.

FABRICATION
Comprehensive Quality Assurance Systems, coupled with high levels of trade skills, ensure that every job meets our stringent inspection standards. Extensive and well resourced fabrication facilities ensure that all works is completed to clients delivery requirements

HEAT  TREATMENT
Comprehensive heat treatment services are available in-house.

NON - DESTRUCTIVE TESTING
Available testing methods cover Hydrotest, Magnetic Particle Inspection, Dye Penetrant, Ultrasonic, Gamma and X-Ray inspection.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
Tenix Robt Stone has operated Quality Assurance programmes for many years, and is AS/NZ ISO: 9001:2000 accredited.
