The use of computer generated sections, precise cutting, forming and welding is used to achieve the tight design, dimensional tolerances and the quality required for racing and luxury cruising. We have the capability to fully machine the leading and trailing edges along with pivot points and attachment holes. We are experienced with Bisalloy 80 and Duplex SAF 2205 materials for superior strength and have manufactured hydraulically canted, retractable, shallow draft and tapered foil designs.
